Easy, Serves 4.
I’ve always been enthralled by the vibrancy of Middle Eastern culture, from beautiful textile and spice markets, to spirited music and dance, and of course, other-worldly food.
In celebration of this exquisite culture, I decided to try my hand at the full mezze. The mezze is similar in concept to the Indian thali, in that it represents a varied assortment of foods, but is usually intended as an appetizer, or light meal, and meant to be shared.
Many variants of the mezze may be found in different parts of the world, often comprising elements such as hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, tabbouleh, fatoush, pita, calamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, tatziki and cucumbers.
In my platter, I used easy-to-find ingredients, in keeping with the spirit of my blog.

This looks more delicious. Honestly. Are these recipes for low fat?

Yes! The dips are protein-rich and can be made with lesser olive oil
